Leanne Webb
Leanne began dancing at the age of 4 at Janet Marshall Dance Studios, where she continued her training until 18 years old. She then went on to vocational training at Masters Performing Arts in Essex for 3 years, gaining a diploma in Musical Theatre. It was here that she also completed her teaching qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern.
After years of dancing professionally in many productions, including Spirit of the Dance in America and also a European tour, Crazy For You, dancing on cruise ships, Leanne returned to Cheltenham where she began her teaching career for JMDS. Leanne taught and choreographed for JMDS for 10+ years, alongside teaching at Hereford Ballet School for the final 3 years, before leaving to raise her small children.
More recently, Leanne has been a ‘dance mum’ with her own daughter dancing at JMDS, from the age of 4 and now leaving this year for university after completing her A levels.
Leanne currently works in a local secondary school within the sixth form and is looking forward to also joining the JMDS team as our new PA.
