During this time she helped choreograph groups that performed at Disneyland Paris, Her Majesty’s Theatre, London and Sadler Wells, London and the Royal Albert Hall.

After 2 years as Principal, she decided to take another break from dance teaching, to bring up her family. Liz took a part time day job in a secondary school as a teaching assistant. Here, she worked within the Special Educational Needs department. Liz also started a dance club at the school and this ran successfully, with groups performing at the Cheltenham Town Hall schools festival.

Since returning to teaching dance, she has taught at a wide variety of places including two dance schools in Worcester, working with vocational students and adults, the ABC school in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and also local amateur dramatic groups CODS, Promenade Productions and The Savoyards.

At present, as well as he continued involvement with Janet Marshall Studios, Liz also works at Stagedoor Learning – which run a 2 year extended BTEC course in Performing Arts.

Liz loves dancing and her passion is teaching. Her thoughts are, that everyone can dance and everyone can be taught to be the best they can be. Dancing is such a wonderful way of expressing your thoughts and emotions. She feels the skills picked up through class, and performance can be utilized in all areas of life.
